Sobha Sanctuary UK Investor Enquiries

Privacy Policy

How personal information is collected, used and protected when you enquire about Sobha Sanctuary.

Effective date: 11 August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected and used through the Sobha Sanctuary UK Investor Enquiries landing page at sobha.investmentprojectsdxb.com.

1. Who is responsible for your information

The person responsible for the personal information collected through this landing page is:

Leigh Jackson Independent Property Adviser Dubai, United Arab Emirates

This is an independent marketing and enquiry landing page. It is not the official Sobha Realty website.

2. Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry or brochure request, we may collect information including:

  • your full name;
  • email address;
  • telephone or WhatsApp number;
  • buying objective;
  • property type of interest;
  • budget range;
  • buying priorities;
  • intended purchase timeframe;
  • funding method;
  • readiness to proceed;
  • preferred contact method and contact time;
  • information you include in a free-text message;
  • the enquiry form or call-to-action used;
  • campaign attribution information contained in the page URL, such as UTM parameters or a Facebook click identifier; and
  • technical information associated with a submitted enquiry, such as the IP address from which the form was submitted.

If you allow Marketing technologies in the website's Cookie Settings, the Meta Pixel may also process information about visits and selected actions on the landing page. See the Cookie Policy for more information.

3. How we use your information

Your information may be used to:

  • respond to your request for Sobha Sanctuary information;
  • send requested prices, availability, floor plans, brochures or payment-plan information;
  • contact you about the specific property enquiry you submitted by telephone, WhatsApp or email where you have requested or agreed to that contact;
  • understand your property requirements and provide a more relevant shortlist;
  • keep a record of enquiries and communications;
  • protect the landing page from misuse and maintain basic security records;
  • understand which advertising campaigns and landing-page calls-to-action generate enquiries; and
  • measure Meta advertising performance where you have consented to Marketing technologies.

The details submitted through this landing page are not intended to be used for unrelated bulk marketing without an appropriate basis or further permission.

4. Lawful basis

Depending on the activity, personal information is processed because it is necessary to respond to steps you have asked us to take in relation to a potential property purchase, because there is a legitimate interest in responding to and administering genuine property enquiries, or because you have given consent where consent is required for optional advertising or tracking technologies.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before the withdrawal.

5. Who your information may be shared with

Information may be processed using service providers needed to operate and respond to the enquiry, including website hosting and WordPress services, email services and communications services.

If you choose to communicate through WhatsApp, information will also be processed through WhatsApp and its associated service infrastructure. If you accept Marketing technologies, limited website-event and device/browser information may be sent to Meta in connection with the Meta Pixel.

If you decide to progress a property purchase, it may become necessary to share relevant information with the property developer, an authorised real-estate brokerage, sales administration, legal or conveyancing providers, financial-service providers or other parties required to progress the transaction. Where appropriate, you will be informed as the transaction progresses.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law or where reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.

6. International processing

Leigh Jackson is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, so information submitted by visitors in the United Kingdom will be accessed and handled in the UAE. Some technology and communications providers may also process information in other countries.

Reasonable steps will be taken to use reputable service providers and to protect personal information appropriately. You should be aware that data-protection laws outside the UK may differ from UK law.

7. How long we keep information

Enquiry records that do not progress to a transaction are normally retained for no longer than 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless there is a legitimate reason to retain them for longer, such as resolving a dispute or complying with a legal obligation.

If an enquiry progresses to a transaction, relevant records may need to be retained for a longer period for transaction administration, legal, regulatory, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes. Information will be deleted or anonymised when it is no longer reasonably required.

8. Cookies, Meta Pixel and advertising measurement

The landing page contains a built-in Cookie Settings tool. Optional Marketing technologies are disabled unless you choose to allow them.

If Marketing is allowed, the Meta Pixel can be used to record events such as a page view, starting an enquiry, submitting a successful enquiry and clicking a WhatsApp contact button. The landing page's Meta event code is designed not to intentionally send the name, email address, telephone number, budget or free-text form answers to Meta as event parameters.

You can change your choice at any time using the control. For more information, see the Cookie Policy.

9. Your data-protection rights

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to your personal information, ask for inaccurate information to be corrected, ask for information to be deleted, ask for processing to be restricted, object to certain processing, request transfer of information in certain circumstances, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

To exercise a privacy right, email leighdjackson@icloud.com. You may be asked for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity before a request is fulfilled.

If you are in the United Kingdom and remain concerned about how your information has been handled, you may also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

10. Security

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

11. Third-party links and services

The landing page may link to third-party services, including WhatsApp. Those services operate under their own privacy terms. This Privacy Policy does not control how an independent third party uses information after you choose to access its service.

12. Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the landing page, advertising setup, service providers or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of the page should be updated when material changes are made.
